Job summary
Dukes Canoe Club in Lihue, HI is hiring for a friendly server to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, relay drink and menu knowledge, and ensure accuracy from order to delivery.

Qualifications
- Six months to one year related experience.
- Experience with Point of Sale system.
- Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and coworkers in a warm, personal manner.
- Present drink menus and answer questions, make recommendations.
- Inform manager on duty of guest allergies and notes.
- Explain drink ingredients and wines to guests.
- Take beverage orders and input into POS for bar staff.
- Serve beverages with garnishes and maintain clean service areas.
