Job summary

Haven Health, LLC is seeking a Cook to join our dietary team in Globe, Arizona. The successful candidate will prepare meals safely and timely according to the facility menu, while maintaining sanitary conditions and adhering to food safety standards and budget constraints.

The position reports to the Dietary Manager and requires a Food Handler’s Permit, fingerprint clearance, background checks, TB testing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Permit in Required Counties.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.

Responsibilities
