Job summary

Haven Health Globe seeks a Nursing Assistant to support residents under the Director of Nursing. You will deliver care per assessments and care plans, and work with licensed staff to coordinate the right level of care while adhering to nursing policies and safety guidelines.

As a full-time role, you must be able to speak/read/write English, perform 50 lb lifts, and hold CPR certification; you’ll join a team dedicated to compassionate, quality care in a rural Arizona setting.

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting clearance or eligible to obtain.
• Active CPR certification.
• Background screening, licensure verification (if applicable), reference check, drug testing.
• Tuberculosis testing.
• Employee health screening (conducted after hire).
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

The Nursing Assistant position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The Nursing Assistant works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
