Kamehameha Schools seeks a Lead Navigator of Haumāna-Centered Learning to advance culturally grounded teaching across K-12 settings. The role partners with educators and campus leaders to translate Haumāna-Centered Learning pillars—moʻokūʻauhau, agency, mastery, experiential learning—into impactful classroom practice.

The ideal candidate has instructional coaching expertise, strong Hawaiian cultural competencies, and a track record of coaching educators toward student agency and mastery.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Education, Indigenous Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Hawaiian Studies, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and leads Haumana-Centered Learning (HCL) initiatives across K-12 environments.
• Coaches and supports educators through modeling, feedback, co-planning, and co-teaching.
• Leverages AI tools and ethical tech to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Analyzes student data to inform instructional decisions and improve outcomes.
