Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field is required or equivalent.
• Three years of instructional coaching and educator development experience are needed.
• Experience teaching in K-12 settings and applying data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Haumana-Centered Learning practices across K-12 settings.
• Coach educators and collaborate with campus leadership to align with Hawaiian culture and learning goals.
• Support data-informed decision making and integration of AI tools in teaching and learning.
