Responsibilities

• Safety: Understand and provide leadership to achieve safety goals and communicate about safety objectives; remove unsafe conditions from routes and ensure safety programs are followed.
• Customer Experience: Deliver service that meets/exceeds expectations; communicate timely on missed pickups or changes; resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
• Efficiency: Set productivity goals, manage labor hours and disposal costs; optimize routes for density and efficiency; support maintenance and fleet quality.
• Employee Engagement: Build a collaborative team environment; coach and develop staff; support career growth and advancement.
