Job summary

Coastal Construction Equipment, LLC in Southern Florida seeks a Hauling Division Dispatcher to coordinate movement of Caterpillar machinery across job sites, service centers, and client locations. You will ensure efficient scheduling, routing, and clear communication between operators, logistics teams, and customers for timely delivery and pickup of heavy equipment.

This role requires knowledge of logistics, dispatch software, GPS tracking, and DOT safety regulations.

Schedule and dispatch drivers to locations per customer requests and needs.
Maintain driver logs, routes, and service calls.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Billing and invoicing of multiple accounts.
Contact outside haulers when necessary to meet customer needs with deliveries and/or pick-ups.
Monitor driver routes and adjust schedules to ensure timely service.
Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of driver logs, routes, and service calls.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment readiness.
Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
