Job summary

Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to safely operate haul trucks and support oilfield operations by transporting equipment, loading and unloading materials, and performing daily vehicle checks.

The role requires long hours outdoors in extreme weather, adherence to DOT regulations, and thorough logbook maintenance. CDL Class A is required, along with 1–2 years of experience and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years related experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Valid Medical Card required.
  • Complete DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment (fueling, cleaning, charging, etc.).
  • Move and transport materials between loading, processing, and job sites.
  • Inspect loads and secure cargo for transport.
  • Report vehicle defects or damage.
  • Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions with proper signaling.
  • Work outdoors for long hours in extreme weather.
  • Install, repair and maintain pumping units.
  • Maintain logbooks and fuel/mileage reports.
  • Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
  • Drive company trucks to and from job sites.
  • Maintain housekeeping of vehicles and sites.
  • Support safety and welfare of the team.

Job description

The Haul Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating haul trucks and supporting oilfield operations by transporting equipment, maintaining vehicles, and assisting with pumping unit work. Duties include performing routine maintenance such as fueling, cleaning, and inspecting equipment; safely loading, securing, and transporting materials to job sites; and maneuvering trucks during loading and unloading operations.

In addition to driving responsibilities, this position supports the installation, repair, and maintenance of pumping units by using hand tools, rigging materials, and disassembling and reassembling equipment as needed. The role requires working long hours outdoors in extreme weather conditions, completing required DOT and field paperwork, maintaining logs and reports, and following all safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out. A strong focus on safety, equipment care, and teamwork is essential to ensure efficient and secure job site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.
  • Move controls driving trucks and transporting materials between loading, processing, and work sites
  • Inspect product load, secure cargo for transport and safely move it to the jobsite
  • Report on vehicle defects, accident, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned
  • Work with basic hand tools on daily basis
  • Work outside on a daily basis for long hours, in extreme weather conditions (extreme hot and extreme cold)
  • Install, repair and maintain the operating condition of pumping units
  • Maintain logbooks and fuel and mileage reports
  • Maintain and perform daily safety inspections on equipment and tools.
  • Repair or maintain the operating condition of pumping units
  • Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs
  • Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
  • Properly rig materials to be lifted
  • Complete all required field paperwork for job location and DOT
  • Understand and follow all Liberty Lift Standard Operating Procedures. Lock-out/Tag-out procedure
  • Drive company trucks to and from job sites
  • Maintain proper housekeeping of vehicles and job locations
  • Assist in responsibility for the safety and welfare of the job site including fellow team members, customers and third-party vendor
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
