Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Hatchery – Embrex Laborer. Responsibilities include washing floats, transporting hatcher trays, sanitizing equipment, and loading eggs and chicks onto the production line. Team members must stand for long periods and work in humid, incubator environments with PPE provided.

The role offers day shifts Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday with a starting hourly rate of $19.29 and benefits after 60 days. Onboarding typically lasts 1–2 weeks as you join a large global food company.

Qualifications

• Continuous standing and walking on the job.
• Ability to lift and move 10-pound egg trays as part of routine duties.
• Willingness to work in wet, humid sanitation areas and incubator environments.

Responsibilities

• Wash floats and trays, transport hatcher trays, and load chicks onto conveyor.
• Sanitize separator and hatcher using approved procedures and high-pressure rinsing.
• Place eggs into incubators and transfer to hen hatcher as part of shift tasks.
