Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer hatchery eggs while maintaining egg quality.
• Operate hatchery equipment and maintain environmental conditions to support hatchability.
• Clean and sanitize hatchery facilities to minimize mold and bacteria.
• Transport and process chicks daily ensuring accurate distribution and quality control.
• Follow management SOPs, work with the team to maintain safety and productivity.
