You will help maintain precise environmental conditions, ensuring a high-quality product for Perdue Farms growers and customers around the globe. The role includes a base pay of $20-21 per hour, with pay premiums, shift differentials, overtime where applicable, and an annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer eggs weekly with minimal damage and high hatchability.
• Clean and sanitize hatchery environment, operate hatchers/setters and related equipment.
• Operate tray wash/ separator machines to maximize throughput with minimal product damage.
• Transport and process chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control.
• Follow management directions and SOPs to maintain hatchery standards and team morale.
