Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer eggs weekly with minimal damage while maximizing hatchability.
• Clean and sanitize hatchery areas and equipment to reduce mold and bacteria.
• Operate hatchery equipment to maintain throughput with minimal product damage.
• Transport and process chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control.
• Follow management and SOPs to support hatchery operations and maintain team morale.
