Job summary

Koch Foods Inc. is seeking Hatchery Workers in Greenville, Alabama to support daily egg-to-chick operations such as egg traying, chick processing, and sanitation. The shift runs from 5 am to 1 pm, with a starting pay of $15.50 per hour and a $3.00 per hour attendance bonus.

No prior hatchery experience is required as training is provided; ability to work with live birds and in a team environment is beneficial. Benefits include PTO, 401k, and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• No prior hatchery experience required; training provided.
• Previous hatchery experience preferred.
• Able to lift 10+ lbs, and push 75+ lbs.
• Work well in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable working with live birds.
• Adhere to Company, Safety, and Animal Welfare policies and procedures.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
