Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a hardworking individual to transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines in a busy hatchery environment. You will follow PPE requirements and company policies while ensuring welfare guidelines are met and safety is prioritized.

The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and performing routine machine checks as part of daily hatchery operations. Applicants with prior hatchery or poultry experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks.
• Transfer eggs from buggies into setter machines.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies, etc.
• Comply with all company policies and welfare guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
