Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Animal/Agricultural Science preferred or four years related experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the hatchery.
• Manage and mentor employees, ensuring safety, animal welfare and biosecurity standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and supply needs of the facility.
• Coordinate the logistics of eggs and chicks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
