Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Data Entry, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to create charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
• Strong reading, writing, math, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Input daily operational data into specialized database applications, including egg counts and hatch success rates.
• Assist management in processing payroll timecards and invoices for contract labor and hourly staff.
• Reconcile livestock and egg inventory on a daily/weekly basis and post transactions.
• Order, track, and maintain logs for operating supplies and medication reserves.
• Process vendor invoices and purchase requisitions and match receipts to deliveries.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and organize hatchery files.
