Job summary

Tyson Foods Mt. Joy Hatchery is seeking a Hatchery Lead for 1st shift. You will assist the Supervisor by communicating directions to the team, monitor hatchery equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include directing staff in the absence of management, implementing QA programs, and coordinating sanitation and safety inspections. A willingness to work in hot, dusty, wet environments is required.

This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.** **Hatchery Worker Lead****Hatchery worker****Tasks:****Direct people and process in absence of manager. Implement Quality Assurance program. Perform periodic inspections (MSDA, Safety, Fire, etc.) and prepare reports. Manage optimum set and pull times. Learn and be familiar with the operation of the Hatchery equipment. Coordinate various Sanitation programs.
