Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Millsboro, Delaware, is hiring for hatchery-based roles focused on set, sanitation, processing, and Embrex operations. You will follow SOPs to meet hatch, HOF, early mortality, and budget goals while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include washing and disinfecting incubation equipment, preparing chicks for transport, vaccinating chicks via Embrex, and implementing sanitation programs across processing areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of all safety training, lockout-tagout and pallet jack certification.
• Continuous standing, walking, twisting, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. Works in a hatchery environment.

• Work in processing areas to prepare chicks for transport to contract poultry farms.
• Ensure proper vaccination of chicks via Embrex transfer process.
