Job summary

Case Farms Morganton Hatchery in Morganton, NC is seeking a dependable team member to support daily hatchery operations. You will assist with egg and chick handling, incubator tasks, cleaning and safety compliance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable attendance. Training on safety procedures and PPE will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hatchery tasks including cleaning incubators, counting eggs/chicks, separating/culling chicks, assisting vaccinators, loading/unloading eggs, and keeping work areas clean/organized.
• Adheres to safety requirements, PPE, lockout-tagout, and process safety management.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Participates in Company and department safety programs.
