Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hatch production crews and coordinate daily tasks.
• Train staff and enforce SOPs for safety and quality.
• Monitor hatch plans, records, and production metrics.
• Ensure safety, biosecurity, and bio-rules adherence on shift.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and efficiencies.
