Zoetis Spain SL is seeking a Field Service Technician to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process and perform preventive maintenance on Zoetis Biodevices across a South Carolina territory. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, problem solving, and strong mechanical and electrical skills.

The position involves after-hours support, emergency repairs, and training 25+ customer employees, with travel to hatcheries as needed and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or bachelor’s degree in poultry science is required.
• 1–5 years of related experience is normally preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical schematics and basic computer tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Biodevices and provide electrical/mechanical support; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Participate in after-hours support and repairs; coordinate visits and reporting.
• Maintain documentation including scheduling visits, parts usage, site contacts, and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process across 3–5 hatcheries and oversee Zoetis Operator Training for 25+ customer employees.
• Support vaccine and sanitation programs for Zoetis devices and follow safety procedures.
