Zoetis seeks a Field Service Technician to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process, performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs at customer sites across South Carolina, with Camden preferred. The role requires after-hours support and strong electrical/mechanical skills, plus the ability to train customer staff and maintain detailed service records.

You will collaborate with Zoetis teams, report via FieldAware, and travel regionally to 3–5 hatcheries, supporting vaccine and sanitation

Qualifications

• Associates degree or bachelor’s in related field; related experience considered.
• 1–5 years of related maintenance/field service experience typical.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Biodevices in hatcheries.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow electrical schematics and safety procedures.
• Participate in after-hours support and repairs.
• Manage communication with assigned hatcheries and report activities.
• Complete scheduling, parts usage, and maintenance documentation.
• Oversee Hatchery Inovo Process for 3–5 hatcheries.
• Support Operator Training for 25+ customer employees.
• Facilitate vaccine and sanitation programs for Zoetis devices.
• Contribute to Process Evaluation program and FieldAware reporting.
• Maintain safety practices and regular supervisor communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
