Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Hatchery Embrex technician in Enterprise, AL. The role focuses on overseeing the Embrex egg transfer process, ensuring machines function properly to prevent damage, and maintaining clean work areas.

You will mix vaccines per SOPs and monitor vaccine and supplies inventory, ordering as needed. Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of transfer equipment, sanitation of Embrex machines, and documentation of machine status.

Qualifications

• Experience in hatchery or poultry transfer processes.
• Ability to mix vaccines following SOPs.
• Ability to operate Embrex transfer equipment and perform light maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, Embrex equipment, and work area.
• Document machine status and perform light maintenance as required.

• Ability to withstand continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead repetitively.
