Green Thumb is seeking a production Lead to oversee safety, training, and productivity for a cannabis processing team in Nevada. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, manage inventory, and track materials in the state traceability system, while maintaining a clean, safe workplace and coordinating with supervisors as needed.
The role emphasizes mentoring staff, sustaining quality, and driving production goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of production employees, as well as ensuring compliance with Company, Local, State and Federal policies, rules and regulations. The Lead is accountable for ensuring that cultivation schedule is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters, by ensuring adequate training and compliance with SOP’s. Additional duties of assisting with maintaining/running/cleaning mechanical equipment; and fill in for supervisor when needed. This person will also be responsible for tracking product electronically in the state traceability system to ensure compliance with program regulations. Responsible for assisting with production, which includes but is not limited to inventory management and workplace safety.
