• Ensure that company standards and policies are properly taught and maintained to support company goals
• Strategically make decisions about the distribution of job tasks on the Harvest floor for maximum efficiency
• Must be able to build relationships and work well with USDA personnel
• Provide service to and enhance the learning experience of new team members
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with all team members and fellow supervisors
• Facilitate meetings area meetings with Team Members on various topics: food safety, people safety etc.
• Must understand and have a Creekstone Proud mindset to positively enhance the company culture
• All other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY**

The Harvest Supervisor will direct the daily activities of and work directly with production team members within the manufacturing environment.
