Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate harvest floor operations to meet daily production schedules and yields.
• Monitor staffing levels and support / move crewing as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is operational with upper management and maintenance.
• Drive productivity improvements and engage the workforce.
• Monitor floor KPIs and work with supervisors to achieve their goals.
• Participate in required meetings as necessary.
• Ensure all employees and food safety compliance is met every day.
• Promote a safe and quality environment.
• Ability to make sound decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
• Address management and employee concerns methodically and respectfully.
