Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking a Harvest Supervisor to direct daily activities of the production team on the Harvest floor, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency within a USDA-regulated environment.

You will mentor Team Members, coordinate tasks, and promote a Creekstone Proud culture through leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Meat Industry with an understanding of the Harvest process
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the Harvest floor production team
• Mentor and develop Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality
• Coordinate task distribution for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with USDA personnel and maintain compliance

JOB SUMMARY

The Harvest Supervisor will direct the daily activities of and work directly with production team members within the manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for continuously developing and mentoring Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure that company standards and policies are properly taught and maintained to support company goals
• Strategically make decisions about the distribution of job tasks on the Harvest floor for maximum efficiency
• Must be able to build relationships and work well with USDA personnel
• Provide service to and enhance the learning experience of new team members
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with all team members and fellow supervisors
• Facilitate meetings area meetings with Team Members on various topics: food safety, people safety etc.
• Must understand and have a “Creekstone Proud” mindset to positively enhance the company culture
• All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Climbing, stooping , crouching; Standing for 8 or more hours per day; Pushing, Pulling, Grasping; Able to Lift 0 - 50+lbs; Able to work in Hotand Wet Floor Environment; Wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - hard hat, safety-toe boots, safety goggles, hair/beard net, etc.
