Job summary

Nirvana Cannabis in Phoenix is seeking a Post Harvest Technician to join our cultivation team. You will manage final processing of harvested flower with precision and care, ensuring quality and compliance from harvest to packaging.

You’ll trim, dry, cure, and handle flower carefully, maintain records, and support safety and sanitation protocols. A High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in cannabis production are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of cannabis cultivation or post-harvest processing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Trim, dry, and cure cannabis flower according to company standards and state regulations.
• Handle flower with care to maintain structure, aroma, and trichome integrity.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects or contamination, and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate batch records for seed-to-sale compliance tracking.
• Clean and sanitize tools, work areas, and equipment daily to meet standards.
• Assist with post-harvest processes such as sorting, labeling, and preparing flower for packaging.
• Collaborate with cultivation and packaging teams to meet production goals.
• Uphold safety and compliance protocols with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
