Job summary

GrowSciences in Arizona is seeking a Trim Technician to trim cannabis flower and prep it for packaging while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policy. You will work under the Post Production Manager to maintain cleanliness, quality control, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include station setup, trimming, material sorting, and assisting with harvests, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of the cannabis plant
• Knowledge and understanding of current medical and recreational marijuana laws
• Experience in a dispensary, cultivation facility, or assembly line production environment (1 year recommended)

Responsibilities

• Prepare trimming station at the start of each shift.
• Trim dried cannabis flower removing sugar and fan leaves.
• Record metrics and return all trimmed material to Trim Lead.
• Assist with Fresh Frozen harvests.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
