Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks a Lead for a B Shift in the United States facility. The Lead will oversee the assigned area, help with absenteeism, and stay during breaks to support start-up after breaks. They will maintain equipment and ensure supplies keep flowing to the area.

The Lead will assist in recording-keeping, write work orders for maintenance, and discuss the daily production schedule with other managers; bi-lingual skills are a plus. A strong safety record is required.

Qualifications

• Willing to come in early and stay late when necessary.
