Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the scale.
• Manage inbound/outbound grain shipments for customers.
• Grade grain and identify foreign materials.
• Record test data (weights, temperatures, grades, moisture).
• Perform record keeping for trucking weighing and grading activities.
• Coordinate delivery numbers, daily inputs, and verify accuracy.
• Operate on-scale interface system and transfer data.
• Respond to customer inquiries at the counter.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
