Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Dover, Delaware is seeking a Race Integrity Associate to support the scoring and timing of live harness races. You will enter horse running orders, display numbers on boards, and help ensure accurate trackside graphics while providing courteous service to guests.

This role requires weekend, holiday and night availability, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and obtain DHRC licensing.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background check.
• Licensed by the Delaware Harness Racing Commission (DHRC).
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and nights.

Responsibilities

• Follow the running order of horses and display numbers on boards.
• Enter minutes until race start for trackside indicators.
• Time each race with a manual stopwatch.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work safely and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and guests.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow the running of each race with respect to the running order of the horses, and enter this order of horses, as it changes during the race, on a keyboard to display the correct numbers on the infield information board, as well as the television graphics.
• Enter the correct number of minutes until the start of each race on a keyboard to display this information on the trackside indicators in an effort to assist the drivers.
• Time each race with a manual stopwatch.
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled

Starting Compensation
