Bandit Industries, Inc. in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a Harness Builder to assemble basic electrical harnesses and components using blueprints and BOM. You will follow Bandit safety and production guidelines while contributing to efficient harness assembly.
The role requires reading blueprints, basic math, and the ability to use hand tools. Training in crane/forklift safety is required. This is a structured shop environment with opportunities for growth within Bandit.

Harness Builder 1 is responsible for assembling basic electrical harnesses and component. They will utilize engineering blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to perform wiring, harnessing, cabling which includes wire stripping, crimping, looming, torch use and layout of harnesses for assembly. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
