Responsibilities

• Able to use power tools to achieve desired design results.
• General knowledge of various steel characteristics such as thickness and gauge, cold or hot rolled, etc.
• Knowledge of production processes and other techniques to effectively distribute machinery.
• Recognize when there is a problem or issue with a machine and let the appropriate authority know.
• Examine finished product to ensure parts meet specification and quality.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools to put parts on.
• Basic housekeeping and maintain tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Quality Control 1 is responsible for deburring operations. This includes but is not limited to using tools such as a swivel, straight edge knives, and sanding discs to hand finish part surfaces before going to paint. They will be required to smooth out any imperfections. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
