Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate Harmony Square programming and events.
• Schedule, manage rentals, and maintain Harmony Square facilities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for programming inquiries.
• Coordinate staffing for programs and supervise event execution.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage inventory.
• Arrange AV/equipment setups and large-scale event logistics.
• Submit work orders and coordinate with Public Works for maintenance.
