Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience in recreation, activities, geriatrics, or dementia care.
• 3–5 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia, including leading programs and educating staff and families.

Aufgaben

• Conducts interviews, orientation, coaching and training of Harmony Square team members.
• Supervise Harmony Square team members and coordinate with Healthcare Director.
• Develops and implements monthly and daily activity programs for residents.
• Plan weekly outings and coordinate with Life Enrichment Director.
• Collaborate with program team to organize supplies and calendars.
