Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Harmony Square Director to oversee daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood in Nashville. You will supervise staff, develop person-centered resident programs, and coordinate with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care and family communications.

The role emphasizes leadership in dementia care, program planning, and collaboration with the executive team to maintain a stimulating, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; subject to state requirements.
• Areas of Study: Recreation, activities, geriatrics, and dementia care.
• Three to five years’ experience with individuals with Dementia, leading programs and educating staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, orientation, coaching and ongoing training of Harmony Square team members.
• Supervise Harmony Square team members and coordinate with Healthcare Director.
• Develop and implement monthly programs based on wellness dimensions and reflections signature programs.
• Lead 3-4 high-quality programs per day and plan weekly outings.
• Coordinate with clinical team and executives on resident care needs and changes in condition.
