Martin Motorsports is seeking a Service Advisor for our Harley-Davidson Louisville location. The role focuses on scheduling service work, promoting necessary services, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will greet customers, collect vehicle data, prepare estimates, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous powersports experience preferred.
• Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid Motorcycle and Driver's License with M endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work and manage appointments.
• Promote and sell needed service to customers.
• Maintain CSI and dealership service standards.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates for customers.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle and data details.
• Keep repair orders, invoices, and documentation accurate.
• Communicate with customers about repairs, costs, and time.
• Ensure proper approvals and authorization for repairs.
