Job summary

Martin Motorsports in Louisville at the Harley-Davidson Louisville location is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and promote necessary additional services. You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, and provide accurate estimates while explaining maintenance needs and costs.

The role requires a professional appearance, ability to handle documentation and payments, and compliance with dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid Motorcycle and Driver's License with M endorsement.
• Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• Previous powersports experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department and promote additional needed service to customers.
• Maintain CSI rating as established by Management.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data and greet customers in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates to customers and obtain signatures on repair orders.
• Communicate with customers about maintenance schedules and any changes to estimates or completion times.
• Accept payments, manage cash register, and ensure proper documentation of invoices.
• Follow policies in Employee Handbook and complete training as directed.
