Job summary

Young Powersports XL is hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels at our Utah location in Centerville. If you’re a motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician, join a fast-paced shop with modern tools and manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic with ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
• Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tires, brakes, inspections).
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills.
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow and customer service.

• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
