Job summary

Martin Motorsports seeks a Service Advisor for our Harley-Davidson Bowling Green location. You will schedule service, estimate labor and parts, and promote good maintenance to customers while presenting a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include maintaining CSI, managing repair orders, greeting customers, obtaining signatures, and following up on repairs. Requires a high school diploma and Harley-Davidson experience is a plus; valid motorcycle license with M endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous powersports experience preferred.
• Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid Motorcycle and Driver's License with M endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as established by Management.
• Maintain dealership standards for hours per customer repair order and labor rate.
• Ensure all documents (repair orders, invoices) are accurate.
• Greet customers and collect data; schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates to customers.
• Explain maintenance needs and optional services to customers.
• Obtain approvals from service contract company before repairs.
• Document repair instructions and initiate vehicle inspection.
• Follow up on unsold repairs and progress of repairs.
• Handle inquiries about work-in-progress and appointments.
• Ensure final invoice matches repair orders and is complete.
