Hawk-Eye Innovations in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our Service Operations Team. You will manage inventory, build and support hardware, and coordinate logistics for on-site and office operations.

The role offers hands-on hardware work, use of WMS and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Proficient in using ClickUp, Google Suite and WMS for logistics support.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (up to 7 days/year).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and functional work environment across stations and warehouse areas.
• Receive, track, and organize incoming hardware shipments with accurate inventory records.
• Use WMS and tools to support shipping operations and inventory control.
• Support warehouse logistics including moving pallets and preparing hardware for storage, shipment, and deployment.
• Assist with equipment preparation and setup for office and on-site operations.
• Assemble and support on-site installations and upgrades for rental kits.
