NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer for the Hyperscale Line of Business. You will bring up, test, and troubleshoot server platforms, bridging hardware engineering with real-world deployments to ensure platform reliability.

You will lead end-to-end bring-up, perform deep-dive diagnostics, and design automated workflows to accelerate validation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive system readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in server validation, bring-up, lab engineering, or hardware testing environments.
• Hands-on Linux installation, configuration, and failure diagnosis with standard tools.
• Ability to write and use shell scripts to automate diagnostics and workflows.
• Strong communication skills to document findings and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bring-up and testing for diverse server platforms and hardware configurations.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, and Linux layers.
• Design and maintain automated validation workflows and diagnostic tools.
