Job summary

Halo, a technology company behind HaloBraid, seeks a Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional hardware programs from concept to launch at our Cambridge, MA office. You will build schedules, translate engineering concepts into plans, and coordinate prototyping with external partners while mitigating risks.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware program/PM, strong communication, and ability to work across geographies. Travel ~20%; onsite work authorized in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hardware program management experience.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into clear plans.
• Proven track record coordinating complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with overseas contract manufacturers.
• Experience using Gantt charts, PRDs, and FMEAs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work across geographies and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
