Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Engineer II for a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire role focused on hardware testing, not software, and will operate on the day shift.

The position requires coordinating and executing tests during quality control, gathering data, and developing testing procedures to ensure product quality. Salary ranges from USD 58,000 to USD 62,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing product flaws.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tests during quality control in manufacturing.
• Gather and analyze information on materials and components used in production.
• Develop proposals for testing programs and procedures, specifying testing conditions.
• Conduct tests on new products and design systems to collect digital data during testing.
• Analyze test data to assess accuracy and reliability of results.
• Identify and address issues with new products, recommending solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
