Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Test Engineer I to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position and 100% onsite, with occasional travel to Fort Worth as needed. The role focuses on establishing test procedures and overseeing product testing across development and production.

The ideal candidate will develop testing programs, collect data, and prepare detailed reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or 2+ years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for constructive discussions on product flaws.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.
• Gather and analyze information on materials and components used in production.
• Develop proposals for testing programs and procedures, specifying testing conditions.
• Conduct tests on new products and design systems to collect digital data during testing.
• Analyze test data to assess accuracy and reliability of results.
• Identify and address issues with new products, recommending solutions.
