Job summary

i3 Verticals, LLC is seeking a field service technician to install and configure computer systems, perform hardware repairs, and support software across client sites in Piney Flats, TN or Northern Georgia.

The role requires up to 90% travel, overnight stays, and the ability to diagnose issues, replace components, and maintain accurate logs of activities, mileage and expenses. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Overnight travel is required.
• Knowledge/education/experience in computer hardware and repair, software installation and basic knowledge/experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to setup/build computer systems and peripherals. Ability to diagnose and repair, or replace, equipment and parts.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Good customer service and communications skills.
• A+ certification is desired, but not required.
