Job summary

Gladiatoremergence seeks a Level 1 Hardware Technician to support Fort Meade, MD, on-site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and testing workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment, as well as installing equipment and cabling.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school/GED with 4 years' experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Equivalency: Associate's degree with 2 years' experience acceptable.
• Clearance: TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly required at start.

The Level 1 Hardware Technician shall possess the following capabilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment
• Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling
• Maintain government and/or vendor-manufactured fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/Ethernet cables & telephone systems
• Updates technical drawings using AutoCAD software as needed

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience level: High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience Equivalent education and experience: Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience

TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly, required at start.
