This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA two days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Partnership: Meet regularly with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and the critical success factors for our hardware mission.

  • Innovative Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Design and execute advanced, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of top-tier mechanical and hardware talent.

  • Process Architecture: Collaborate across all levels of the organization to drive a structured, disciplined, and measured hiring process that maintains a high bar for talent and ensures an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders through the use of recruiting metrics, data integrity, and a partnership-first mindset.

  • Technical Versatility: A strong track record of recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Advanced Tech Stack Mastery: You are a power-user of modern recruiting tools (we use LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby)

  • Exceptional Communication: Superior organizational skills and the ability to articulate Form Energy’s mission to high-level technical talent while managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple searches.
