Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4 years of experience.
• 4 years of experience with component-level PCB rework in consumer electronics.
• PCB layout strategies for rigid/flex including stack-up planning.
• SMT process experience including BGA and fine pitch rework.
• Automated PCBA and system-level processes to improve yields and throughput.
• Designing for EMI minimization, signal integrity, and reliability.
• System-level debugging from chip to system.
• Tracking issues, reporting trends, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Prototype bring-up, debugging, functional verification, and electrical characterization.
• Manage engineering builds by partnering with cross-functional teams to solve development challenges.
• Define, recommend, and implement component-level reworks in partnership with internal teams.
• Develop and implement automated PCBA and system-level processes to increase yields and throughput.
• Support system and board level debug, reworking, assembly and reworks on prototype hardware.
• Track, report, and identify quality issues and failure trends.
